surfing girls - this is what you need to know

Ranging from your experience, the waves you will be riding, your preferred style of surfing and more. A less frequented beach with small to medium sized slow moving waves and a sandy bottom and sandy shore line is the perfect place to get started.

While many men enjoy seeing women out in the lineup there are still some who refuse to share the waves with their female counterparts. What exactly is there to learn? When the wind is right and the swell is from the northwest usually presents the best conditions for this beach.

No matter your skill level there are days when the surf accommodates to all levels but one thing is sure you must always use caution and never jump into the water if you are uncertain of the conditions. Get fit and spend time in the pool if you need to. The advantage of shortboards is that they are short enough and light enough to maneuver the expert surfing tricks.

It may seem easier to jump up on one knee first, but this is not ideal. Good surfing instruction really does make a world of difference.
